Tayo returned from her trip to Ghana and Lagos today. She's been gone for nearly 3 weeks and the girls and I missed her terribly. We were on our last tinned baked beans on toast. Anyway, though she planned to take the train home from the airport, Cynthia and I went to the airport to meet her as a surprise her. You should've see her face when she saw us. Brilliant!!
Tayo really enjoyed her stay in Sekondi, Ghana which, according to her, was a sharp contrast from Lagos. Sekondi is more laid back, peaceful and relatively safe when compared to the hustle and bustle of Lagos where one is constantly looking over one's shoulders. Well, Sekondi is now chalked up on my list of places to visit before I die.
